As Operations Director, you will:
- Implement processes to ensure the health of projects (schedules, budget, scope, quality, customer satisfaction).
- Conduct weekly follow-ups with our Product Managers to support them in their various issues and to ensure that the projects they manage are in good health.
- Develop and maintain the various operational processes.
- Monitor performance indicators related to operations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Be the guardian of Agility and its application in our teams.
- Ensure the operation of maintaining responses to customers in the event of problems to ensure continuity of operations (24/7 support) and be the last responder if necessary.
- Participate in strategic orientations during management committees.

Skills sought:
- Relevant training and experience in administration and operations management
- 10 years of relevant experience in the job market, including a minimum of 5 years in team supervision and/or project management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
- Proficiency in digital project management tools
- Proficiency in Agile methodology
- Experience in budget management as well as implementation/monitoring of performance indicators
