You will share your daily life with an experienced management team and you will oversee a team of project management professionals including Scrum Masters and Product Managers, evolving in an Agile context. Your main objective will be the implementation and supervision of rigorous processes as well as the smooth running of Libéo’s production activities.

As Operations Director, you will:

Implement processes to ensure the health of projects (schedules, budget, scope, quality, customer satisfaction).
Conduct weekly follow-ups with our Product Managers to support them in their various issues and to ensure that the projects they manage are in good health.
Develop and maintain the various operational processes.
Monitor performance indicators related to operations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Be the guardian of Agility and its application in our teams.
Ensure the operation of maintaining responses to customers in the event of problems to ensure continuity of operations (24/7 support) and be the last responder if necessary.
Participate in strategic orientations during management committees.

Skills sought:

Relevant training and experience in administration and operations management
10 years of relevant experience in the job market, including a minimum of 5 years in team supervision and/or project management
Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
Proficiency in digital project management tools
Proficiency in Agile methodology
Experience in budget management as well as implementation/monitoring of performance indicators
