Libéo takes 2nd place as best technological employer in Quebec

We were at MTL Connecte last week! Several great meetings, super interesting topics, a big thank you to all the organizers and participants!

Special mention to Félix-Antoine Huard, partner at Rum&Code, who was part of the discussion panel “The future of work is now”. Very relevant discussion in the era of teleworking, the hybrid world and all the impacts that these changes have on our society.

Finally, we cannot ignore our 2nd place in the Best Technology Employer in Quebec competition. Yes yes, a 2nd place won just 1 small point behind our friends from Mirego! A jury made up of experts from the human resources and technology sectors awarded this prize, intended for technology companies that stand out for their HR practices.

A pillar of digital technology in Quebec since 1996, Libéo has repeatedly been rewarded for its excellence by its peers (nine OCTAS, Boomerang grand prize (2018), Numix winner (2019). But it also has at heart the full potential of its employees with many initiatives: NPS surveys, adjustments to expectations, insurance, teleworking budget, referral bonus, recognition, meals and drinks, parking, telemedicine, etc. According to the members of the jury, Libéo actually stands out for the number of corporate events that it organizes for its employees and develops the best culture of belonging among all the candidates for the Prize.
