We therefore need a Director – Hosting who is equally passionate and experienced to navigate our Accommodation division in this ever-changing world. Are you passionate about digital, more specifically infrastructure, sales and are you motivated to take people further? This position is definitely for you!
You will lead our hosting and operations team made up of a Coordinator, experienced Sysadmins and DevOps. You will collaborate as much with the architecture team as with our development teams as well as with the main departments of our Group. We prepared a video for you to introduce you to the team.

You will share your daily life with a team dedicated to hosting, supervised by the coordinator. In close collaboration with the teams in place, your objective will be to define and implement the strategic vision, the service offering, marketing, business development and to ensure effective management of operations in order to stimulate the growth of the division.

Do you want to know what your weeks will look like? Here is an overview of your responsibilities as Director – Hosting:
- You will ensure the implementation of the company’s vision and strategy
- You will identify growth opportunities and develop plans to seize them
- You will supervise the accommodation coordinator who ensures the daily management of operations
- You will develop sales strategies to increase customers and revenues
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- You will follow trends in the hosting market to meet customer needs
- You will manage budgets, resources and administrative processes
- You will work with administration and finance to ensure optimal management
- You will research innovative technologies and processes to improve our services
- You will encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team
What does it take for you to be Director – Hosting at Libéo?
- Training in administration, management, sales or SIO
- Experience in sales, in the web hosting or technology sector
- Experience in team supervision and project management
- A minimum relevant experience of 10 years in the job market including 5 years in a management position and/or major account manager
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills (internal and external)
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of hosting technologies and market trends
Here are your strengths which will be considered essential assets:
- Have knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining certifications, such as SOC2
- Have a good network in the IT field
- Have already worked in or know well the field of web hosting
- Have a good understanding of written and spoken English in a professional environment
